You Were Born for This Threshold Mark your calendar: On March 29th, a partial solar eclipse will cast its hush across the
northern skies - seen only in fragments by those in Greenland, Iceland, and the far reaches of northern Europe and
Russia. But you do not need to see it to feel it.
Begin
again. Begin clear. In ancient ancestral traditions, eclipses are not about what meets the eye. They are not fireworks for the sky-gazers. They are instructions for the soul. They whisper: - Begin again.
- Close what must be closed.
- Stop the striving.
- Let the silence speak.
Remember, to step into the 'beginners mind', we must first close the door behind us. We are all being asked to walk forward differently now. To match the rhythm of this celestial
pause with our own inner reckoning. This is not metaphor. This is guidance. This is a celestial summons.

A Taoist-Inspired Eclipse Practice:- At dusk, place your bare feet on the ground.
- Face the setting sun.
- Inhale for 9 slow counts.
Hold. Exhale with sound.
- Repeat 3 times.
Then,
whisper aloud:The stars remember me. The earth steadies me. I follow the way of least resistance. I begin again, in harmony with what is, devoted to the light I carry. I trust my path. I listen deeply. I begin again, from stillness, from truth, from here. So Be
It. And So It Is. Cosmic Speed. Well done! Now, allow the stillness hold you. Let your breath find your bones.
