Best Practices for Zoom
• Connect with an ethernet cable for faster internet (as opposed to Wi-Fi).
• Make sure you have the most updated Zoom Software.
• Use Google Chrome or Safari as your browser.
• Quit all programs not needed during the live zoom meditation event.
• Use a comfortable headset during the session.
• Remove, turn off or mute devices that may intrude (landline telephones, cell phones, fans).
• Let others in your space know you are participating in a meditative event and that you and the other participants require a quiet audio space with no interruptions.
• Check your lighting beforehand to ensure your lovely face is well exposed and not shaded or backlit.
• If you have any trouble connecting to Zoom during the call, please try closing your app and or browser and clicking again with the zoom link provided.

How to Interact During the Open Inward Coaching Sessions
The format of our zoom call will begin with a brief group reading to clarify the primary focus for the Open Inward Meditation.
Following that, we will commence the meditation.
Afterwards, we will invite you to share your experience. You are welcome to "raise your hand to comment or ask a question live. You can submit your written comments and questions using the Chat feature.

How to Raise Your Hand to Speak when connected by video:
• Click on the "Participants" button in the toolbar at the bottom of the Zoom window.
• Click on your name in the list.
• Click on the "Raise Hand" button at the bottom of this panel, to the right of the video frame. A hand icon will appear next to your name in the list.

How to Raise Your Hand to Speak when connected by phone:
• Press *9 on your phone keypad.
• If connected by mobile device:
• Click on the "More" button.
• Click "Raise Hand."
• Submit a Question
• Click on the "Chat" icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the Zoom window.
